The core coil assembly  is vertically placed generally with the footplate touching the ground. The top yoke of the core is removed. The limbs of the core are tightly wrapped using a tape made of cotton.

Core coil assembly:

●       The copper windings are used for determining the voltage handling capacity of a transformer.

●       The windings may have circular or helical configurations. Winding in the transformers attest reliability, quality, and sustainability.

●       After knowing the purpose, the windings ratio is calculated and configured for a transformer.
