Solar Inverter Duty Transformer

Solar Inverter DutyTransformers are compact by design and special multiple windings on the primary side of the transformers enable us to connect multiple inverters to the grid and minimize the total number of transformers. The exact number of windings may vary depending upon the device used and the location. The design of the transformer is dependant upon the economy of material cost, maintenance, and energy. The losses due to no-load or load losses should be minimal. The cost of solar plants can be greatly reduced by efficient design.
Solar Inverter DutyTransformers are suitable for various solar load profile. The inverter windings are designed to withstand voltage fluctuations that arise due to pulse mode inverter operations. The windings are usually made up of aluminum or copper. Galvanic isolation of windings for each inverter is available.
Solar Inverter DutyTransformers offer to monitor with devices that indicate oil levels, gas detection, pressure and temperature levels, and controls. The input voltage for a transformer may differ leading to irregular load on the windings thereby creating frequent disruptions in the working of a transformer. Therefore, tap leads are designed across the axial length of the winding so that in the event of a short circuit the forces will be distributed equally across the winding.
